The Founder
Arch. Joshua James C. Alvarez, RMP, is the visionary founder of JJCA Design and Build Co. Ltd., where he combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to mentorship and innovation. A licensed architect and registered master plumber, Arch. Alvarez graduated from Adamson University in 2016 and holds a diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of the Philippines. He also serves as General Manager of Meubilair, a furniture company based in Marikina.Arch. Alvarez began his architectural career at just 19 as a part-time contractor while studying. He has since gained extensive experience with esteemed firms such as Prop and Buttress Architectural Consultancy, Jose T. Mañosa & Associates, and Every Nation Ministries, working on a diverse range of projects including residential, commercial, institutional designs, and custom furniture.
